By downloading, installing, or using the CutLoose mobile application ("App"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store using Apple's in-app purchase system. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple's Terms of Service and payment policies.
Important: Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price you originally paid.

CutLoose and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CutLoose for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You retain ownership of all data and content you create in CutLoose (daily logs, notes, etc.). We do not claim ownership of your personal recovery data.
Since your data stays on your device and is never uploaded to our servers, we have no access to or control over your content.
Free users will see ads provided by Google AdMob. These ads are subject to Google's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party advertisers.
CutLoose is distributed through Apple's App Store and subject to Apple's terms of service. Your use of the App Store is governed by Apple's agreements, not these Terms.
CutLoose is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@cutlooseapp.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work in good faith to resolve your concern.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of CutLoose shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.
You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CutLoose regarding the App.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
